Connect VoxeNova to your team's communication platforms so you can schedule meetings, receive reports, and manage the AI facilitator without leaving your workflow.
Supported Platforms

What the Bot Can Do
Once connected, the VoxeNova bot supports these actions from any platform:
- Schedule meetings — natural language or slash commands (see Scheduling guide)
- Receive reports — meeting summaries, action items, and diagrams are posted to your channel
- Check status — ask the bot for upcoming meetings or active session status
- Parse intents — the bot understands context and routes requests to the right action
Slack Setup
Install the VoxeNova Slack App
Find VoxeNova in the Slack App Directory or use the install link from your instance dashboard.
Authorise permissions
The app requests chat:write, commands, and im:history scopes.
Configure the webhook
Copy the webhook URL from your Slack app settings and paste it into your VoxeNova instance under Settings > Integrations > Slack.
Microsoft Teams Setup
Create an Incoming Webhook
In your Teams channel, go to Connectors > Incoming Webhook and create one named "VoxeNova".
Paste the webhook URL
Add the generated URL to your VoxeNova instance under Settings > Integrations > Teams.
Google Chat Setup
Enable the Google Chat API
In Google Cloud Console, enable the Chat API and create a service account with Chat Bot permissions.
Share credentials
Download the service account JSON key and upload it to your VoxeNova instance under Settings > Integrations > Google Chat.
